The CMAC’s Weapons program is for children and adults. We teach Kali and Nunchaku along with special hand techniques for each weapon which helps develop hand and eye coordination for self-defense. Learning a weapon gives you an edge when it comes to self-protection. With every practice, the self-defense is built in.

This well-rounded approach to a martial arts education encompasses self-protection skills as well as classical art and sport/tournament applications with a primary focus on building character through disciplining the mind and body.

Our dynamic teen Tae Kwon Do program includes high-energy training mixed with traditional methods of Tae Kwon Do. Not only will students learn martial arts, but also character development, fitness, and CMAC will provide a positive environment for learning. This program helps teens in making positive choices, meeting new friends, and developing leadership skills.

KKZ 8-12

Our Junior Martial Arts Program (KKZ) is specifically designed for kids ages 8-12. We help our students set both short term and long term goals and continually work towards achieving those goals.

Our curriculum helps children develop and refine their motor skills, as well as exercising to increase speed, power and flexibility. Children that have confidence in themselves can handle bullying or other situations that come with this age group.

Our children work on 6 different aspects of martial arts & life skills:

  • Character Development
  • Physical Fitness
  • Self-Defense
  • Bully Prevention
  • Self-Esteem
  • Teamwork & Community
