Weapons
The CMAC’s Weapons program is for children and adults. We teach Kali and Nunchaku along with special hand techniques for each weapon which helps develop hand and eye coordination for self-defense. Learning a weapon gives you an edge when it comes to self-protection. With every practice, the self-defense is built in.

KKZ 8-12
Our Junior Martial Arts Program (KKZ) is specifically designed for kids ages 8-12. We help our students set both short term and long term goals and continually work towards achieving those goals.
Our curriculum helps children develop and refine their motor skills, as well as exercising to increase speed, power and flexibility. Children that have confidence in themselves can handle bullying or other situations that come with this age group.

Lil' dragons 4-7
The Lil’ Dragons Program is a preliminary martial arts training course. It teaches children the foundations of teamwork, coordination, and confidence.
Children in this age group are in a unique growth period in their lives. Their gross motor skills are relatively refined, so it becomes necessary and appropriate at ages three through six to establish a foundation in basic, fundamental skills. This is the age where they learn to learn.
